Why won't QWin match manually-entered transactions from Citibank instead of adding new transactions?

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. I'm wondering here what could be causing the transactions to not want to match with your existing ones. One thing we can attempt here is to see if by resetting the connection we're able to get it to register to match again to the manually entered transactions. I'll leave instructions down below.
First thing I'll recommend is to save a backup to revert back to just in case. You can find how to do so down below.

Next we'll try deactivating all of the accounts. You can do so by following the article listed down below.
