Can't review/accept downloaded transactions

One Step update completes and shows RED flag beside account name indicating transactions to review. However there are no transactions showing in the downloaded transactions tab. Accts are set to not auto reconcile. Impacts all accounts different financial. Also have multiple Q files same behavior. Last 'download date' updated in tab but find or clear.

Apologize, after some searching found ans. Quicken told me there was no update available, found link below to update to R30.21 which appears to have fixed the problem.
