Have you held these securities for more than 3 years?
For securities purchased after the starting date of the analysis, the performance calculation starts on the purchase date.QWin Premier subscription0 -
Just started. 5 yr avg = 3 yr avg for every stock and mutual fund. Created a new quicken file, same results0

See my previous reply. If the purchase date in Quicken for a security was say 2 years ago, then the 3-year and 5-year Avg Annual Return will be computed from the purchase date and will be the same.QWin Premier subscription0

Yes, I understand that. For about a week, all of my stocks & mutual funds showed the same 3 yr and 5 ry returns, regardless of the time of purchase. A recent update appears to have corrected the issue.0
