Two accounts under same email, both of them billing me

When I log in with the same email and password sometimes I get a standard account, sometimes a premium, with different expiry dates. The premium one keeps asking me to renew but doesn't. I've now been billed 5 times for Quicken in the past 16 months.

Not very confidence-inspiring for an ACCOUNTING program.

    You clearly have created more than one account somewhere along the way. The only people who can look into and resolve this are the folks at Quicken Support. I would reach out to them, explain, and they should be able to get it cleared up. Phone support is closed until Tuesday, but chat support should be able to help with this.
