Anyone having trouble connecting to Bank OZK since 1/18/2021?
Bank OZK made some kind of change to their online services on 1/18/2021. I talked to OZK support and they say there's nothing wrong on their end, but they confirmed that changes were made on their end. I can access my account via OZKs online banking service. I've tried resetting the account and even deactivation/reactivation, and Quicken will not connect. The error message says something like "sorry, Quicken can't connect to Bank OZK. Try again later." It worked great before 1/18 but not after.
