Error Code CC-502 - Citizens Bank

I am getting Error Code when I try to update by accounts with Citizens Bank. Bank says they are not seeing an error code. What do I do?  Some body please talk to me.

When I get this error code I find that Update Now (Account Register > upper right Gear icon > Update now) will often work.
