Download accounts stopped working

On the latest version of Quicken for Mac I regularly "update all online accounts". Today, after not doing it for a week nothing happens - the wheel spins for a few seconds, but nothing is updates. I verified that there are indeed transactions to download. I also reset my connection to Quicken cloud - as expected the arrow span for a couple of minutes, but still no download. Any ideas?

    Update (perhaps I should have done this first) - I reset my connection for one of the accounts and it did download. I guess that I have a workaround, though a pain. Anyone know why it should have happened. There has been no update to my Mac system software, not a new Quicken since it was all working last week.
