    I suggest you attempt to locate the account registers Quicken thinks are setup to use Quicken Bill Pay for online bill payment and deactivate the service: open each account register, press Ctrl + Shift + E, and select the Online Services tab.

    "zzz Quicken Bill Pay Old" is designated as the relevant financial institution rather than the bank where I have the enabled account.

    zzz Quicken Bill Pay Old is the relevant financial institution name Quicken is using for the terminated Quicken Bill Pay service.
