I get the following error - "Quicken components currently open, and can not be uninstalled"

There are quicken components currently open, and can not be uninstalled. Please close quicken, and try uninstalling again.

Reboot, Retry, if nothing else works, Reinstall:

probably related to all the issues with R31.6

I was getting the same message. Reinstalling fixed it.0
