Windows for Quicken and its when I try to export/download account information into my already setup Quicken accounts. I used the export feature from Redstone to download information into my accounts.

let's try again -
1 - what version number .... do Help --> About Quicken ?
2 - so, you manually Export from the Redstone website, and Import to Quicken ?
3 - which of the TWO listed Redstone names are you using in Quicken ?
Lastly.... why are you doing this manually, vs Quicken download One Step Update ?
kasmith30
Quicken Version 27.1.31.B Release 31.8, Yes, I manually Import into Quicken.
Redstone Federal Credit Union, RFCU and One step update no longer works with my online accounts not only with RFCU but EFCU. One step update only works with my E*Trade Accounts not with any of my other accounts.
