Business PPP Second-Draw Gross Receipts Comparison Report

For those considering a PPP second-draw (or PPP2) loan and running Quicken HBR, there is a base report you can customize to show your reduced gross receipts in 2020 as compared to 2019 (an SBA loan requirement).
Go to Reports and Graphs Center > Business > Cash Flow Comparison. From there you can customize accounts, categories, date range, columns, organization et al.
While this is a cash flow comparison report, PPP2 requires you to only show gross receipts reduction in any one quarter-over-quarter or annually, depending on your loan amount. You can select the account and income category that shows your gross receipts tax line. Your Customer Invoice account is a good place to start to show this top-line, assuming you use Quicken HBR in a standard way. See image for a suggested repot setup. YMMV...
