UPDATED 1/25/21: Issue importing Web Connect (QFX) files -

I'm getting the Web Connect error from Key Bank. I am not using Life Time planner as indicated in another posting from Know Issues. My version is 30.21. Thank you. I could not indicate the correct category from this website.

Thank you for reporting this continuing error to the community.
If you haven't already, please download and install the Mondo Patch for version R31.8 available here.
This release will include the fix that was part of the revised R31.6 patch discussed here.
Once installed, please attempt to import the Web Connect file once more and let us know if this error message persists.
