Quicken Deluxe Program Update Issue

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
We are currently running Quicken Deluxe for Windows, R31.5, Build 27.1.31.5. Within the last few days, we are seeing this anomaly. When OSU is activated, the One Step Update Settings screen indicates a program update is available for download. Upon clicking the "View Update" button, a new window appears telling us "Latest version already installed." We have seen at least one reference on this forum indicating there is a more recent release identified as R31.8. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? What is the correct most recent version? Must I contact support?

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. Currently we are rolling out a new patch but it's being rolled out slowly. That being said you're able to download the patch with the link down below if you'd like to update.

R31.8 is in staged release and is currently paused while the performance is evaluated. Depending on the results, it will become available to everyone in a day or two. Here is a related announcement:
