Unable to Start Quicken [edited]

When I tried to start Quicken this morning I received a message saying Quicken was up dating and try later. This was at 0515 and it is still not letting me start the program now at 1550.
Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. Are you receiving an error when you open quicken or is it blank? Have you tried restarting your computer as well? We'll need a bit more information to figure out exactly what's happening. Did you also recently update the program?
Once you get the chance let us know more details and we'll see what we can do.
I followed your advice Quicken will now open. There is an error message.
" unable to initialize quicken run-time components restart windows and try running quicken again
if the problem persists please visit quicken.com/support."0
