Quicken latest update - Why am I now unable to download my various financial accounts?

Question

Since installing Quicken's last update, I am unable to download from: USAA FSB, Navy Federal Credit Union, Citi Bank Cards, Vanguard, etc.

you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. It sounds like the program may not think you're signed in so we'll just need to sign back out and back in.

* Go to Edit
* Preferences
* Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
* Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in
     using a different Quicken ID)
* Follow the prompts to Sign Out
* Sign
     back in using your Quicken ID (email) and
     password (this screen is not a pop-up box)

I get alerts that Quicken's server is down when trying to download any of my financial accounts.
