Express Web Connect - probs with connecting today - Fri 1/29 ??

Wonder if there is a problem with connecting to Express Web Connect accounts and quotes today.  Have seen some postings about not being able to setup accounts - freezes -

My OSU today did all the DC accounts ok - but was just "waiting" for the 2 EWC accts....
and... with the way Quicken works - there is no timeout or way to cancel - except Task Mgr.
