Can't change password

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭
I have moved to a new inter net provider and have trying to change my Email address quicken will not allow me to do it.

Log in to https://www.quicken.com/my-account and next to your email, click Change Email/Quicken ID & type your new email address
