    No error messages for me as far as American Express goes... BUT, no downloaded transactions either!!!!! I have been resorting to downloading directly from the American Express website until Quicken resolves this issue.

    Oh yeah, Citibank errors, too. CC-501 and CC-505... you're welcome. ;-) BTW, I have been getting intermittent CC-505 errors with other accounts... at this rate it's going to be a tough call to renew my Quicken subscription if these errors persist without resolution...
