Download, Add/Update Accounts (Windows)
How far back can I download transactions?

I quit using Quicken because I refused to pay a monthly charge. I got a free copy with TurboTax this year. The last reconciled account in Quicken was in 2016. (I know there were more recent but cannot find it. And yes, I have searched.) I have a bunch of thumb drives and most no longer work (very strange). I put the dates in the account but it won't download much beyond the date I installed it.
Any ideas if it is possible to download and see all these transactions?

So many questions....
What version are you now running - ..... Help --> About Quicken
and what text is next to the Red Q - Quicken --.... ????
Quicken never had a monthly charge - unless paying bills or a bank fee.
Transactions avail for access or download are controlled by your bank and NOT Quicken...
