I use Bell Banks bell and cannot connect

I set the account up right, when I get prompted to receive a code from the bank to my cell or email, it will not connect, says having trouble connecting with the bank. I contacted my bank they say it's quickens problem. I also have this bank connected through another 3rd party and it works fine. please help

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. I was taking a look myself and was able to replicate the error you're receiving as well. I looked through the logs and noticed a general error that's not allowing us to connect as well so in this case I do recommend contacting Quicken Support via  chat or phone so that we're able to collect logs and see what else we can find as well. I'll leave our hours down below as well. I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
