How do I determine which reconcile method is being selected? [Edited]

Which is the choice button 1: circle filled solid or 2: not entirely filled (hollow center)when making choice to download or not when reconciling acct.

When ever there is a choice using the circles, the selected choice is the one with the circle filled in.
