Problem downloading transactions from BB&T
been having issues over the weekend downloading from BB&T. Today, got the error - cc501. Quicken says that the issue is resolved. Have rebooted the computer, restarted Quicken, etc. Still not working

I was taking a look and noticed I was getting the normal error message when trying to connect. I'm wondering here if we can try in a test file to see if we experience the same issue. You'll see it in the third step down below.
Once you're able to try signing in let us know if you're able to connect in. If not we'll see if we can collect more information.
Thanks for the quick response. I think this is related to the issue others are having connecting. It’s just with BB&T for me. My other accounts update.
