Can You Rename A Budget?

I am unable to find any sort of "Edit Budget" feature that allows me to rename one. Is it possible?

Thanks GeoffG. I feel pretty stupid, as I looked there at least five times, but as you said - I checked the first couple of entries and then assumed no one would have put it there.
