    I also have a great Visa card with them and have toyed with cancelling over this lack of integration with Quicken. I'm torn. We're able to manually download transactions by importing their .QFX file. I know it's old school, but worst case you can download a file once a week even if there's a total update blackout.

    Listen, I have a checking account who's .QFX file isn't recognized by Quicken due to the bank's name change. (I surmised) Now if that bank should stop downloading updates then I'm left with manual transaction entries! Given that PenFed now doesn't sound so bad. Glass half full?...
