USAA Loans not Updating though connected?

My loan payment downloaded from USAA today during my update session. However the loan itself is zeroed out for downloads with no balance and all scheduled transactions have been deleted. Seems like the USAA upgrade through all accounts out.

fwiw--USAA has changed their security arrangements and I am in the process of changing my download settings. it is a hassle so far.

Thanks, JimJ. I did all of the recommended functions for obtaining the new ID and Access Code. The loan still won't update. I'm going to track it manually until Quicken and USAA can figure all this out. What a mess, sounds like one company changed some things without working through all of the second and third order effects.
