How do i get the check #/ATM/Dep column back (and how did I delete it?)

Question

I have updated to Deluxe and having lots of learning curve issues.  Most recent:  on one of my accounts, in the check register - the check number/ATM/Deposit column is gone.  I don't know what button I pushed to lose it.  Also I added an account today, and it is missing the same column.  The one next to the date column.

The gearwheel in the upper right had corner allows you to control what columns you see here.
