January transactions not downloaded

    When I download my Jan transactions, nothing loads

    Hello @drlee53

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. We'll need some more information so that we're able to figure out what exactly is going on. Is this on all your accounts? Which FI's specifically?  Do you get any error messages when trying to download? One thing I can think of is maybe trying to sign in/out to see if it might of been a server connection error. I'll leave steps down below.

    1. Go to Edit
    2. Preferences
    3. Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
    4. Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
    5. Follow the prompts to Sign Out
    6. Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password (this screen is not a pop-up box)
    Once you've tried this please let us know if you're able to get any updates. Also please let us know of any extra information asked as well.
