Quicken shows the wrong number of shares for an equity in my Vanguard account.

Quicken downloads information on the holdings in my Vanguard account. It shows wrong information. One stock split, and it shows the current price, but shows a lot more shares than I currently hold. One mutual fund I hold isn't even shown. I have updated it, and no improvement. How can I get Quicken to show the right number of shares and show all of my holdings?

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize in the issue you're having. That is odd I'm wondering if it might not be in Quicken or might be under another name. I believe in this case it might help trying to see on a test file if we have a similar issue. This will give us a better idea of where exactly the issue is. I'll leave steps down below. It'll be the third step down below.
