How to direct connect with Citicards

Question

Citicards has not allowed web connect for several days. i saw in a post that a direct connect solved the problem. How do I direct connect via Quicken?

Actually, I got the web connect to work. Logged onto the website and re-initiated the app permission to connect. All is good. Thanks for responding.

you for reaching out on the community. To connect to direct connect you'll want to search up the bank in the add account section and when you click on the bank in the bottom right you'll see a button called advanced options. From there it will let you select which connection type you would like to use. From there it will give you a login screen like normal. Here's also a video to help illustrate the steps as well.

Edit the card from the Account List on the Tools menu.Select the Online Services tab and it will offer to "Improve" the connection if Direct Connect is available.
