can't download 2020 bank of america earlier than when I started current Quicken (April)

    The bank decides how far back it will allow downloads to go. Most are no more than 90 days. Your only option is to go to the bank's website and see if you can download a QFX file with the older transactions. If so, you should be able to import that into Quicken. Double click the downloaded QFX file. Quicken will open and offer to import it. You should import it into a new account. Then select only the missing transactions (use the Date filter) and drag and drop them to the existing account in the sidebar. Then delete the temporary new account that was created.
