Visa won't add new transactions

During One Step update Visa account won't add new transactions. Was working fine until 2021

Have you tried resetting the account?
1) Open the account in Quicken;
2) Click on the "Gear" icon in the upper right;
3) Select "Edit account details";
4) Click on the "Online Services Tab";
5) Click on "Reset Account".
Let us know how that goes.

Why after several updates does One Step Update CONTINUE to say"Your Data is being synced to our improved cloud servicethis is a one-time process and may take several minutes" ?0

I did it and it took a very long time for my data to upload. Apparently, "several" is a very relative term. I'd say it took a good 15 minutes for my data to upload, on a good connection. And I have only one account synced. If you have more than one account syncing and have a lot of history, it would stand to reason that it is uploading a boatload of data.
But that's just one take on your issue.0 -

Thank you for the response and the additional details.
Are you able to successfully update if you update through register?- Open the transaction register for the account that is not downloading.
- Click the Gear Icon in the upper right of the register and select Update Now.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.

Tyka, Thank you for the response but NO the account will not update going through the register either ? Very strange. I tried resetting the account too. After resetting it logs in just fine and acts like normal with no error messages. But recent activity is not in the update ?0
