CitiCards not updating

The account download goes without error but no transactions since Jan 29th have been downloaded

    Quicken for Windows - 2020, I downloaded the mondo patch, currently R31.12

    I had this problem this morning with our Citi Costco Visa card. I corrected the problem by going to the gear icon, Edit account details, Online Services tab, then Reset Account.
