Paying credit card bill with 2 different checking accounts

I paid a credit card bill with 2 checks from separate checking accounts. How do I match the check payments to the credit card payment? The credit card payment is shown as the total of the 2 checks therefore it isn't matching the checks with the payment. Hope that makes sense!

If you add splits to the payment transaction in the credit card account, one for the payment transfer from each checking account, that should do it.  The transfer categories should be [checking1] and [checking2] where checking 1 & 2 are the names of the respective checking accounts.
