Bank transaction download error OFX #-1

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭
I have two checking accounts with Huntington National Bank in Columbus, Ohio. I am unable to download transactions from both of these accounts and consistently get the error message OFX #-1.
I have reconnected both accounts and that did not solve the problem.
I am able to access both accounts directly through the bank website.
2019 iMac, macOS Big Sur, version 11.2.1
Quicken Deluxe version 6.1.1 (build 601.37924.100)
Help, please.

Thank you for posting in the Community though I’m sorry that you are experiencing this error with Huntington National Bank. It looks like there may be a more extensive error in connecting to this bank's servers. In this situation I will advise to call our SUPPORT team as they will be able to review the log files and narrow down exactly what is causing the issue and of course, assist to resolve it!
