Yes, while your subscription is active you'll receive the latest releases as they're released. If you go to Help/About Quicken, you should see 27.1.31.12.

If you don't for some reason, click Help / Check for Updates, or download the mondo patch at https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product
