City of Chandler (Arizona) biller has stopped updating

The City of Chandler biller has stopped updating when a new bill is available. This had been working for several months and stopped providing a notice of a new bill being available near the end of 2020.

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue. I have taken the liberty of reviewing your online biller profile.
I did not locate any sync errors, so I have gone ahead and reported this biller to our service provider. Please allow 48 hours before attempting to update the bill once more.
Please let me know if you still do not see any amount at that time.
