How do I get all the Months from 2020 to download from the bank?

Your bank, not Q, determines how far back a download, initiated from within Q, can go.
30-90 days is customary, but if your bank allows such, follow the link that
@Greg_the_Geek
provided for a possible method to download old transactions.
