Anybody else getting HTTP-500 errors when trying to connect to Citizens Bank (Citizens Bank - Mid-Atl Consumer) via Direct Connect? This has been going on since about Thursday or Friday Feb 18-19. QMac Version 6.1.1.

I too am having the same problem. Last download from Citizens for both checking and savings was 2/16/21. Same HTTP 500 error. Also called Citizens.. They are aware and said it seems to only be with QUICKEN FOR MAC users.. Are you all Mac users too? Took my number. Said they will call with update. They are aware!5

I followed the instructions. created a NEW FILE and it worked!!! Downloads worked just fine up to 2/23/21..... now what to do??????? Alll my downloads are nicely categorized.. I dont want to have to create a completely NEW FILE with all my accounts.... Couldn't imagine having to reconcile them all and categorize them going way back..... UGH!!!!!! Hoping Citizens has some fix.... Thoughts?
