Category field showing Accounts instead of Categories

I'm using QW R31.12 on Win10.

I bank with USAA and recently re-did all my USAA accounts over to USAA's "New" signin (followed the posted instructions).

I don't know if this is a USAA-QW issue or just a recent QW issue, but when I'm doing a transaction sometimes when I get to the category field I start typing what the category should be. Instead of getting a listing of categories in the pulldown, it lists out accounts instead.

Don't know what to do at this point.

    Only accounts appear when the transaction is a Transfer.  I suggest you reset the Check #  value.
