how do I stop a repeating deposit of the same amount when downloading my bank statement?

When I download my bank statement I get a deposit that seems to be in direct conflict with any other deposit I make. The normal deposit shows ok. Then there is a deposit that also shows up. I shouldn't get an automated deposit. When I delete the unwanted deposit, my account reconciliation adds thousands to my account .
