Why is One Step Update with Chase Bank freezing my PC?
mattkenson
I have two credit card accounts with Chase. One will complete the One Step Update successfully. The other will not and freezes Quicken (Not Responding) on my PC. The error began on February 23.

First, make a backup and then validate your file just to make sure there's no errors (file/file operations/validate, and check validate file)
When you go to the Chase register, at the top, it shows the last download date of February 23rd, and after it says "Direct Connect" or something else?
Run Update Now (control-alt-U) that one account by itself and see if it completes successfully.
