(OL221-A) and (OL221-B) Quicken is unable to complete your request (Q Win Canada)

Hello Folks, I am unable to download from Libro credit union (Canada) into quicken.

    I am using the Canadian version by subscription. R.28.15

    In that case I suggest after trying a download from this financial institution you check the Connection log for errors.  Help -> Log Files -> Connection Log (at the bottom).

    There are to reasons that Quicken reports the errors you got, if the financial institution isn't a participating partner (and I checked that Libro credit union is on the list) and a syntax error in the QFX file.  And that kind of error is reported in the Connection Log.

    If there is a syntax error in the QFX only the financial institution can fix that kind of problem.
