Does the most recent BU file include all the data previously backed up?

I want to delete a bunch of old BU files and just keep most recent. Does the most recent BU file contain all the data or just what was entered between BUs?

Each backup is a complete data file.

Backup files are complete copies of your actual data file. Nothing is omitted.

You can delete older ones if you feel comfortable doing so-you won't need them to restore if necessary. The most recent one will have everything needed to restore at that point.
