    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. It looks like you're having issues with the cloud as I believe that is a cloud error. Let's see if we're able to fix it by resetting the cloud. You can do this by going across the top to edit > preferences > mobile & web > reset your cloud data

    Once you've had a chance to try this let us know if you're still receiving the error when you update. If you are we'll see what we can try next.
