Bank asks for verification code from my phone during every one step update.
It's every time!
How do I tell Quicken, or my bank, that I am ME during One Step Update? When I go to the bank website, I don't need a phone verification, I'm guessing my 'cookies' tell the bank website I am me.

Could you please provide which version of Quicken you have currently running?- Help > About Quicken
Also, what is the name of the financial institution you are connected to? And which connection method are you using to connect (Express Web Connect or Direct Connect)?
