Is Quicken's online service broke, or is it my program.

For the last 3 days I haven't be able to update my bank or investment accounts at all.
I get the following notice:
"Quicken's Online service is unavailable at this time. Please wait at least ten minutes, then try again. We apologize for the inconvenience."
