    Yes, I did what was mentioned earlier. I went into my accounts on Quicken and changed each account name to match up exactly with the account name at Citibank. I've been up and running for several days now. Ex: I had a nickname for our personal account, "Personal checking", I changed it to match up with the Citibank name, "Interest Checking-XXXX". Hope this helps. Did this for the four accounts I have at Citi.
