Chase Credit Card Account Payment Posting Problem

I recently did a download to update my Chase Credit Card account and all my payments have now been posted as both a Payment and a Credit. Needless to say my balance is not correct. I tried deleting the Credit entry but that just caused the entire vale of the transaction to disappear. My account is seriously screwed up now.
Anyone else have this issue? Any way to fix it short of deleting and reloading the entire account?
