One Step Update Summary not showing all of the accounts that were actually processed

For any OSU's performed after March 24 Quicken (Deluxe subscription) is no longer showing in the Update Summary a list of *all* of the accounts that were actually processed during the update. As an example, for today's background agent update (performed at about 1 am) the only accounts showing in the Update Summary are two Chase accounts (neither of which actually had any new transactions), yet 5 other accounts that had new transaction downloaded were not showing at all in the summary.
Actually, Quicken is supposed to show *all* accounts for which a download was attempted in the Update Summary (at least that is how it used to perform historically). NOTE: I do *not* have the checkbox labeled "Show this window only when there are errors" checked in the Update Summary window.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue.

HI @TuckerTF
Yes, other users have seen this new behavior recently. Here are a few recent threads discussing this:

I haven't seen any final determination as to why this is happening and you'll see speculation about the cause in these threads. BTW - that last thread is an "idea post" that allows you to vote for a fix.
Hope this helps.
