Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. Do you by chance have any payments that might be pending in that register you're having difficulty with? Did this issue pop up recently? Another thing to check is in the online center to see if you may also have the transaction sitting in there as well. You can do that by going across the top to tools > online center. Make sure you're selected the FI and you should see the payment tab to make sure nothing is in there.
Once you've done so let us know if you were able to find anything. If not we'll see what we can try next.
